Terms and Conditions

Program Participants:

• Valid for PermataBebas account owner
• Customer has registered the account to participate in the program. Registration must be conducted via following channel:
  • For Customers who open a new PermataBebas via PermataMobile X, can input promo code PBCB1 during account opening on PermataMobile X
  • For Customer who open a new PermataBebas via  branch, Customer can ask branch team to register account for program participation.
  • For Customer who has already had PermataBebas account can call PermataTel at 1500-111 or visit the nearest branch to register the account for this program.
• Registration must be conducted by Customer one time to get PermataPoin at the latest on the transaction month when Customer would like to start getting PermataPoin.
• Example: If Customer would like to get PermataPoin start form transaction at June 2024 and onwards, the registration must be conducted by Customer on 30 June 2024 at the latest

PermataPoin 5% Groceries and Gasoline Transactions:

• PermataPoin 5% EVERYDAY for transactions at groceries (mini/super/hypermarket) and gasoline merchant type using either PermataDebit Plus or QR Pay via PermataMobile X with promo code registered and PermataBebas account as source account.
• Transaction QR Pay on PermataMobile X which is calculated is transaction using QR code retrieved from Merchant via offline at domestic.
• Transction using PermataDebit Plus which is calculated is transaction using EDC maching via offline at domestic.
• Minimum average balance on transaction month is IDR 5 mio on registered PermataBebas account used for transaction source account.
• Minimum PermataPoin per month per client given is IDR 10K PermataPoin.
• Maximum Cashback per month per customer is IDR 500K with terms and conditions as follows:

  Minimum IDR 5 mio	IDR 200K
  Minimum IDR 15 mio	IDR 500K

• Transaction considered eligible if recorded at PermataBank system as Purchase category on Groceries & Gasoline Merchant.
• If Customer (in one GCN) has more than one registered PermataBebas account or other account considered as other PermataBebas accounts (PermataBebas iB/PermataTabungan Bebas/ PermataTabungan Bebas iB/ or other product), only one account with highest Groceries & Gasoline transaction accumulation that will be considered eligible. If more than one account have same transaction accumulation, account with highest transaction month average balance that will be considered eligible.
• Program is not eligible for Customer who won Program Bonus PermataPoin 20% PermataBebas.
• Starting 1 June 2024, the PermataBebas Gas Station and Groceries Cashback Program will no longer be valid and replaced with the PermataPoin Gas Station and Groceries PermataBebas Program.
• PermataPoin will be credited to PermataMobile X account of Customer with active status at the latest at the end of the next month after eligible transaction month.
• If during PermataPoin is credited, client does not have PermataMobile X account,then Customer will be considered ineligible and disqualified from Program.
• PermataBank has the right to do analysis for transaction reasonableness. If necessary, PermataBank has the right to ask for transaction receipt from Customer for cashback crediting purpose.
• If any fraud or abuse indication was found, PermataBank has the right to delay or hold cashback payment to customers, and also change or terminate the program with prior notice to customers at the latest 30 working days before implementation.

• Customer A maintains average balance in June 2024 minimum IDR 5 mio on promo code registered PermataBebas account and performs purchase transactions at SPBU and Groceries in June with detail as per table. Thus, PermataPoin earned by Customer is per follow:

• Customer D maintains average balance in August 2024 minimum IDR 20.3 mio on PermataBebas account and performs purchase transactions at SPBU and Groceries in August with detail as per table. Customer then performs registration of promo code on PermataBebas account in September 2024.
• Thus, Client is not eligible at August due to account registration is only perform in September 2024.
